I invite you to join me for an evening of Mindset, Mediation with open and honest chat.

Wednesday 25th June, 7 til 9pm at Equpilates HQ, Marehay Derbyshire

This months mindset topic is 'Ride like no-one is watching' If you get anxious at the thought someone is watching you ride or the collecting ring churns your stomach, this event is created for you. I will share my mindset hacks to help you overcome these hurdles.

As we celebrate the new moon, I am delighted to be your guide with a short meditation created specifically for horse riders who want to deepen their connection with their equine partner and set intentions for the coming month.

There will also be time dedicated to you. It is my wish to create an environment you can feel comfortable to share and be heard, in a completely safe space where gossip is band.

Spaces are limited to give you time to relax, laugh and feel connected.
