About the event

Sound Bath Meditation
Join us once a month for an evening of immersive meditation through sound healing techniques led by Shane Elks. This sound bath will focus on awakening stored energy and rebalancing from within. You will be guided by breath work, therapeutic bells and crystal bowls, vocal chakra tones and more. Prepare to find incredible relaxation for your mind, body and soul.

There is no physical movement. Bring a mat/blanket, and any props you prefer to use for meditation.
