Join Barb Kasper and Spruced studio and get ready to indulge your senses and elevate your hosting skills at Lush Boards & Lemonade—a creative, hands-on workshop where the art of charcuterie meets the refreshment of infused lemonades (or wine, if you’d like a little extra sparkle in your sip!).
In this fun and relaxed experience, you’ll learn how to design and assemble a stunning charcuterie board from start to finish. We’ll cover everything from selecting the right flavor pairings—savory cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, nuts, spreads, and more—to arranging them with style and balance.
But that’s not all—the class starts with a tasting of assorted cheeses, meats and other accompaniments…so come hungry!
And, while you create, you’ll enjoy a refreshing glass (or two) of our signature infused lemonades, featuring fresh herbs, fruit, and florals. Prefer wine? We’ve got you covered with a curated selection to complement your board.
What’s Included:
· Step-by-step guidance on building your own charcuterie board
· Tips on pairings, proportions, and presentation
· All the meats, cheeses, and other goodies to build your take home 10″ x 12″ charcuterie tray.
