Deep Stretch

🌟 Deep Stretch at Burn Boot Camp 🌟

Join us for Deep Stretch, led by Mary Anne Tillotson from Belmont Yoga! Mary Anne is a certified yoga instructor with a deep understanding of Burn workouts and how to tailor stretches to help you recover, restore, and feel your best.

For the beginning of the year we will off Deep Stretch:
3rd Saturday of every month at 10:30 AM (Childwatch available)
4th Saturday of every month at 6:30 AM (No Childwatch)

At no additional cost to your membership, this class is designed to complement our workouts by focusing on improving flexibility, reducing muscle soreness, and enhancing recovery—so you can keep crushing camp feeling strong and mobile.

Come relax, stretch, and reset your body with us. Whether you're looking to improve recovery, reduce stress, or just take time to focus on your body, Deep Stretch is for you!
