AcroYoga: Trust, Play & The Art of Flight

This isn’t your average yoga class. AcroYoga is where movement meets magic; an offbeat fusion of yoga, acrobatics, Thai yoga stretches, and pure, unfiltered PLAY. One moment you’re floating your friend in the air, the next you’re grounding each other in a restorative stretch that feels like a full-body exhale.

It’s not all about tricks, it’s about connection. About listening with your whole body. About practicing consent, communication, and trust in a way that feels both brave and deeply nourishing.

We’ll start from the ground up: L-basing, flying, spotting, strength drills, warm-ups, and partner calibrations that help you tune into each other’s nervous systems. You'll move, laugh, wobble, support, and maybe even surprise yourself.

✨ No experience? No problem.
✨ No partner? Come solo, we’ll pair up in class.
✨ All bodies, all vibes, all curious humans welcome.
