A Journey Through the Chakras: 7-Part Series

Join Michelle LoSardo for a 7-part workshop series all about the chakras! You'll learn about all seven chakras through yoga, pranayama, reiki energy work, education and journaling prompts. Each session will focus in detail on one of the chakras - come for all or choose the chakras you're most interested in. No prior experience required, just an open mind and eagerness to participate!

Aug. 30th - Solar Plexus
Sept. 13th - Heart
Sept. 27th - Throat
Oct. 11th - Third Eye
Oct. 25th - Crown
