$5 Community Sit Spot Gathering + Forest Bathing Event!

Join us for an evening in nature that focuses on enjoying the peace of the forest by our powers of observation, hosted this month at Provin Trails!

This experience includes:

🌲 An opening circle to introduce ourselves and cultivate community.

🌲 A brief centering practice to help you relax and notice new details in the world around you, led by IYE's Katie Venechuk (Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy).

🌲 15-20 minutes to enjoy a solo "sit spot" invitation in the forest, which is a core forest bathing invitation for reducing stress and reconnecting to nature. To help you get the most of your time, Katie will offer a few tips on how to explore this type of forest bathing activity and she will also keep track of the time you.

🌲 A closing community circle with an opportunity to share about what we each noticed in our unique evening experiences.

We are excited to bring these $5 monthly gatherings back in 2025, and we will be hosting these gatherings at diverse timeframes and changing locations, helping us explore accessibility and ways to make our nature-based wellness experiences available to more people.
