Get ready to stretch, breathe, and have a great time for a cause! Join us for a special Fire Flow yoga class led by the wonderful Ashley Huffman, featuring a fun and exciting playlist to keep the energy flowing!

š Time: Yoga Class from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM; Puppies from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
š Location: Sacred Fire studio (Yoga) & Cosmic Charlieās Coffee House back patio (Puppies)
š Suggested Donation: $15
All proceeds will benefit The Central Pennsylvania Humane Society.

š¶ If yoga isnāt your thing, youāre still welcome to come and meet the adorable puppies on the back patio of Cosmic Charlieās. Feel free to relax, enjoy some coffee, and contribute to our furry friends without participating in the yoga class.
