Mark your calendars for the second-to-last Thursday of each month this summer, because we're bringing you a fantastic evening of Balcones whiskey and delicious BBQ. And you definitely won't want to miss the very first one!



Straight from the Balcones Distillery in Texas, knowledgeable representatives will be joining us to share the story behind their exceptional spirits. Indulge in our available curated flights and unique specialty cocktails featuring their fine whiskies all night long.



To satisfy your appetite, The Roost will have available BBQ that is absolutely delectable. Music by Billy Brown! Join us for a fun-filled evening with a Texas twist! No tickets necessary. Open to adults 21 and over.
