Back to Balance Yin Yoga | 4-Week Series

𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 – 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

This yin yoga practice will help to balance body, mind and spirit. During each class, we will explore long-held poses that focus on your meridian system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Your life energy/qi flows through these meridian highways related to various organs in the body and we will explore the subtleties of these energies.

A yin yoga class is meditative in-nature. Each yin posture is held for several minutes, helping you to observe what arises for you, while you quietly hold the pose. Join us for this gentle class that is suitable for all experience levels.

If a series does not fill entirely, then the remaining spots can be filled by drop-in students. Call us to determine if there are any drop-in spots available in the week(s) you wish to attend.
