AJ’s Bar Pork Steak Challenge

If you think you’ve got the best pork steak in the area come prove it! Bring your grill and set up on our parking lot. Cook whatever size pork steak you want as long as it fits in our judging box. No garnish needed, rubs and sauces are welcomed.

Set up at 10am and turn in is at 2pm. Trophy presentation shortly after turn in. This is not a sanctioned event and just for bragging rights. Amateurs and pros are welcome to enter. Entry fee will be $25 per team. Winner takes 50% and the rest goes to AJ’s.
