I am the Pilates instructor & one of the owners of Body Strong Reformer Pilates ~ located at shop 2/29 Benabrow Avenue, Bellara

We are proudly soon entering into our 3rd of service, for those who haven’t seen or heard about us. We are a Reformer Pilates Studio.

We are holding an ORIENTATION day THIS weekend coming - Saturday the 23rd of August

As the warmer weather begins so do a lot of peoples new goals, one more commonly is to get fit strong & healthy.

I would love to help you on this journey if you are interested please see below orientation class times for this Saturday 8.00AM, 9.00AM, 10.00AM and 11.00AM spots limited and do fill up fast

Everyone has to complete and orientation class before booking into a reformer workout.
