Winter Solstice Gathering

Join Kat to celebrate the Winter Solstice on Sunday, December 14th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM 🕯️The winter solstice is the shortest and darkest day of the year and symbolizes the turning from darkness to light as the days gradually get longer again. It also marks the official beginning of the winter. This event will include gentle yoga, meditation, quiet reflection time, and sharing. We will end with a tea ceremony, drinking tea made with a locally-grown herbal blend. 🫖 Wear something comfortable and bring a journal and something to write with. $30 per person.
