About the event

Restore and Reset Retreat

A retreat that explores the art of slowing down, in the heart of Michigan. This event takes place from October 16th-19th, 2025 at the Spillway Lodges located within Bellaire, Michigan.
We will begin on Thursday evening, and conclude Sunday morning. Included in the retreat will be five yoga classes, three workshops, three breakfast, two lunches, one dinner and lots of goodies such as hand-crafted essential oil, facial products, and more!
