After popular demand, Aya Sushi is hosting another whole Hon Maguro Cutting event! Join us on June 12th for an unforgettable culinary experience as we proudly host our Hon Maguro Breakdown, Houston’s first-ever Japanese Bluefin Tuna breakdown from the renowned Date Brand. This event offers guests an exclusive look and opportunity to indulge in one of the world’s most prized delicacies.
Tickets are $400 per person (gratuity included) and include unlimited servings of tuna, prepared throughout the night, alongside a thoughtfully curated cocktail menu in partnership with Joto Sake and Suntory Whisky.
Please arrive 15 min before event time for the welcome cocktail. The Date Honmaguro breakdown will promptly start at 5:30 pm.
*Seating will be assigned and arranged in a community-style format. Please note that due to the nature of the event we are unable to accommodate allergies or dietary modifications.
