GriefShare – Support for Those Grieving a Loss

GriefShare is a grief support group for anyone mourning the death of a loved one. Join us for a 13-week session beginning Thursday, September 4, from 1:00–3:00 PM in the Luke Classroom.

Each week includes a video featuring counsel from respected grief experts and personal stories from people who have experienced loss, followed by a time of discussion and support. Topics include what’s normal in grief, how to handle difficult emotions, and ways to deal with regrets, questions, and worries.
