Over the Water Yoga Flow

Rise and SHINE with this all levels group class on the Palapa Bar and Grill Sundeck. We'll focus on slowing down and exploring breath, movement, spirit, setting a strong intention and connecting to the beauty of our tropical paradise!

Wear your swimsuit or bring it along for a dip in the sea following class.

*Class is $12.50 USD / $25 BZD
* Class is 8:30-9:30 a.m. Belize Time
