Yin Yoga and Sound Bath with Shannon and Ashley

Join us over the Caribbean Sea to unite slow, introspective yin yoga with healing sound vibration, followed by a fully immersive sound bath as you rest.

We'll meet The Palapa Bar, and the special session will be held on the dock, allowing yourself to be surrounded by the healing properties of the island.

You are welcome to take a dip in the sea, fully immersing in the water element, after our session!
