The Night Hearts
The Night Hearts (formally The Rising) are best described as blending the fresh-faced sounds of today’s Pop/Rock with a dash of Americana / Modern Country Pop/Rock Stylings. Led by Songwriting and Production Duo Chantelle McAteer and Chris Logan.
They have received support from the likes of BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio London, Guitarist Magazine, Maverick Magazine, Hot Press Magazine and Spotify editorial playlist support, such as ‘Very Nearly Nashville’. Achieving well over 280,000 Spotify Streams on their single ‘Bruise You Left’.
A heavy work ethic has seen The Night Hearts tour extensively across Ireland, UK and Europe. They have toured with the likes of Lucy Spraggan, Stephanie Raineyand also played several major festivals such as In It Together Festival, The Big Feastival, Pub In The Park and Country 2 Country Festival in London’s 02, Buckle & Boots Festival and The British Country Music Festival.
Mark Hegan
Bangor-based Mark Hegan has crafted a songbook which has helped secure nominations for the Northern Ireland Music Prize, airplay courtesy of BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio Ulster/Introducing and praise from the likes of Hot Press and Chordblossom. His songs have also inspired comparisons to artists such as U2, Simon and Garfunkel and Bruce Springsteen.
Steve Goodie
Steve's Big Dumb Show is part standup, part ridiculous songs, part multi-media, part improv, and all hilarious! American comedian/musician Steve Goodie has been bringing the biggest, dumbest collection of nonsense to the stage for years, and now it's Belfast's turn! Pre-pandemic Steve played all over the US, and even continued virtually when we all shut down. And now it's back, live, and you don't want to miss this!
Steve Goodie is a musician and comedian from Nashville TN who has been the host at the World-Famous Bluebird Café for more than 18 years. His album of Harry Potter parody songs was a smash hit on SiriusXM, and legendary syndicated curator of funny music Dr. Demento has called him “one of our most talented parodists of the 21st century.” Steve has been seen on the Grand Old Opry, Showtime, Comedy Central, and been a guest on the Howard Stern Show.
