Hatha Yoga Flow

Hatha Yoga Flow starts Wednesday 10th September6PM

Join us for a harmonious journey of body and mind in our Hatha Flow Yoga class. This class combines the foundational principles of Hatha yoga with the fluidity of a flow practice. You'll experience a well-rounded session that focuses on breath, alignment, and mindfulness while seamlessly transitioning between poses.

Suitable for yogis with a experience, this class offers a balanced blend of strength, flexibility, and relaxation. (This class is not suitable for beginners)

I can provide a mat, all other equipment also provided
