Journey Through the Chakras - day retreat

Step onto the Sacred Rainbow Path and journey through the seven chakras – the wheels of light that illuminate body, mind, and spirit. This one-day retreat offers a soulful immersion into the energy centres that shape our wellbeing and spiritual growth.

Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and much more, you will be guided to awaken each chakra, releasing blockages and restoring harmony from root to crown.

Cost is £75

Takes place at my studio - 122 Orby Drive (located in the row of shops)
10am - 4pm

This day is for you if you want to learn more about the chakras -no experience of yoga or meditation is necessary.
