Forest Yoga & Meditation

We meet in Belvoir Park Forest car park

At 12.30pm and have a short dander to our spot where we will be under the cover of ancient Yew trees. This is no ordinary yoga session - it is all about being in the present moment and connecting to our senses through mindfulness practices.
There will be a gentle slow yoga practice, guided meditation & earth art creation. The yoga is suitable for all levels.
We connect to nature and ourselves. 💚💚
