The purpose of this event is to showcase good practice in waste and resource management and associated industries. The objective is to promote what good looks and what is achiveable to support the indusrty to rasie standards of Health and Safety.
The event also supports the development and progress of the next genration through its Student ambassador award program, that involves submitting an assignment. This year student assignment was based upon a Mock accident invetsigation including mock interviews.
This years event will have speakers from HSENI presneting on industry spefic aspects and outcomes alongside a top level talk delivered by Tim Walker the Presidnet of CIWMNI based on human and legal consequecnes of when it all goes wrong.
