Discussion & Demonstration: Finding Your Own Style – A Journey from Irish Step Dance to Sean Nós

Join acclaimed dancer Stephanie Keane for an inspiring and insightful session that blends conversation, movement, and personal reflection. In this unique discussion and demonstration, Stephanie traces her evolution from the structured world of competitive Irish step dancing to the expressive, improvisational freedom of Sean Nós.
Through live performance and storytelling, she will explore:
