Please come at 11:00 to get registered, meet some of our amazing Dot sisters and guests, settle in and get your meal ordered.
The meeting runs begins promptly at 11:30 and runs for 2 hours.
We do follow an set agenda. Your participation is encouraged and celebrated!
You will be given an opportunity to introduce yourself, learn about Polka Dot Powerhouse, share celebrations and collaborations, make some new connections, be inspired by our speakers/activities and so much more!
Our featured speaker this month is Maureen Vosinakis, a OG Northern Chesapeake Dot sister! Her presentation, "Understanding the Four Hormonal Stages in a Woman's Life", is surely one we can all relate to. Come gain some incredible insight into how hormonal shifts affect our bodies, our mood and our energy, and how to stay balanced throughout each phase.
