Extracting Medicinals Workshop

Explore another amazing aspect of fabulous fungi: extracting the medicinal and health components from mushrooms. Hosted at Kangarutha Farm in beautiful Kalaru, this is the perfect setting to expand your knowledge on the use of fungi.

Fungi Co will take you on a quick trip from the traditional uses of mushrooms to the latest studies, and demonstrate extraction and concentration. A short guide for this workshop will also be provided.

Come back to Kangarutha Farm in the afternoon for a workshop on inoculating wood with fungi such as shiitake.
