Learn how to get the most out of rare and delicious edible fungi. Hosted by Nina Wenzel, the author of Mushroom Mastery. You will delve into using fungi in a variety of techniques and dishes. Workshop fee includes this extensive recipe book and lots of tastings.

Spend your whole Sunday at Kangarutha Farm, with workshops on extracting medicinals and inoculating wood with fungi.
