Movement Masterclass - The Sound Reset

Join us for a beautiful hour of gentle movement, guided meditation and crystal sound bowl healing to nurture your nervous system, reset your mind and recharge your body.

Ness will guide you through some gentle movement and breath to help bring you into your body, before guiding you through a beautiful meditation leading into a magical sound bath healing with Ashlee.

Please wear warm comfortable clothing, bring blanket and pillows for comfort, and maybe a warm drink.
