Join me for a deeply nurturing group sound healing session focused on opening the heart, releasing emotional blockages, and reconnecting with self-love. 💗

Through the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your heart space to soften, expand, and realign.

Whether you’re navigating emotional stress, seeking greater self-connection, or simply needing time to unwind — this session offers a safe space to pause, feel, and restore.

✨ What to bring:
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat or something to lie on
• Pillow and/or blanket for comfort (you’ll be lying on wooden floors)
• Comfy clothes
• An open heart
