Step into your divine feminine energy with an evening of deep rest, reflection and sound healing. This session is designed to reconnect you with your inner strength, nurture your self-confidence, and awaken your intuition.
We’ll journey through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, with a blend of tones to support:

• A yoga mat or something comfy to lie on (wooden floors)
• Pillow (for your head or under knees)
• A blanket or something warm (heater will be on, but comfort is key)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
You’ll be guided through gentle meditations, deeply restorative sounds, and moments of reflection — all designed to help you rise in your power while embracing softness and self-love.
