I’m excited to be collaborating with the wonderful Julia K Yoga & Healthy Living to offer a special evening of Yin Yogs and Sound Healing to celebrate International Yoga Day and honour Summer Solstice at Verve Wellness Studio☀️
🧘‍♀️ all levels welcome - beginners and experienced practitioners

• we’ll start with grounding breathwork & gentle shaking to release stress.
• followed by restorative yoga combined with a sound bath, focusing on rooting to the earth and gently rise into the heart space - opening to joy & connection with the Summer energies.
• long savasana with sound healing for a deep relaxation.
• finish with herbal teas, energy balls & sharing circle.
