Get ready for an all-out Co-Ed CrossFit showdown that will test your teamwork, grit, and engine! The Amoskeag Co-Ed Classic is a male/female partner competition designed to challenge both strength and synergy across three action-packed workouts and a floater WOD for all teams.

Whether you're seasoned competitors or new to the comp floor, this event has something for everyone with RX, Intermediate, Masters and Scaled divisions to suit all levels of fitness.
