Ever wondered what it feels like to glide effortlessly underwater on just one breath? Now’s your chance to find out! Join our SSI Try Freediving experience and discover the magic of breath-hold diving in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

What you’ll experience:
✨ Introduction to Freediving equipment
✨ Stretching & breathing techniques
✨ Poolside breath-hold practice
✨ Your very first in-water freediving experience

⏰ Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Meeting at 6:45 PM)
📍 Where: Robinson Pools & Fitness, Bedford 💷 £40

We provide all the equipment — fins, masks, snorkels — and pool access. Bring your own mask if you'd like! Plus, we’ll capture your first freediving moments with photos and videos for you to keep.
