Join me Saturday, July 26th, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm for a SOUND BATH and GUIDED MEDITATION designed to help you let go of stress and density, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Location: Stillwaters & Inner Harmony Healing in Bedford. 11 Bloom Lane, suite 214.
You’ll be gently guided into a meditative state and immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Koshi Chimes, handpan, and voice. This unique sound experience is both cleansing and transformative, allowing you to relax deeply and reset your energetic body. Light Language will be spoken/sung throughout the session.🌷
The focus of this session is self-love 🥰🤍
Whether you're new to sound healing or a returning participant, this small, intimate gathering is the perfect space to recharge and restore.
Space is limited to 6 participants to maintain a peaceful and personalized atmosphere.
