Join me in September as we launch Slingsation!
Don't compromise on your health and wellbeing because of naps or fussing babies.
Babies feel calm when they are moving, so baby wearing dance and movement classes are the perfect way to enjoy some light exercise whilst soothing and connecting with your baby.
What's more, Mix Move & Dance is all about community, so you are welcome to stay and connect with other Mum's over a cuppa, as long as I am in the building!
