This 60-minute session is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reset.Through the calming practice of Yoga Nidra and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest—where your body can soften, your mind can let go, and your heart can breathe a little easier.

Think of it as a nervous system hug. A moment to catch your breath. A quiet space to release the pressure and reconnect to what really matters—you.

You’ll be lying down for most of the session, fully supported. Bring an eye mask, your cosiest socks, and wear something soft and comfy.

This is for anyone needing rest, stillness, or simply a little space to drop back into themselves.
