This immersive experience combines the healing power of sound with a peaceful guided meditation to help you release tension, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body and mind.
The session begins with a gentle introduction to help you settle into a comfortable position, followed by a grounding exercise to calm the mind. Your guide will then lead you through a soothing meditation, designed to encourage mindfulness, emotional release, and balance.
Following the guided meditation, you will be enveloped in the harmonious frequencies of a sound bath, guiding you into a deep meditative state.
