Felting & Feather Workshop – April 12th 9.30-12.30
Join us for a truly unique workshop where you’ll learn a new craft and take home your very own hanging needle-felted owl.
Starting at 9.30am, your morning begins with an unforgettable hands-on owl experience. Under the expert guidance of our falconer, you’ll meet, handle, and even fly some of our beautiful owls, including the stunning Barn Owl, Tawny Owl, Eagle Owl, and more.
Head out to the flying grounds and feel the magic as you experience the owls’ silent flight, watching them glide effortlessly into your gloved hand — the perfect inspiration for the creative session ahead.
Afterwards, relax with a well-earned break in our tea room, where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a delicious slice of cake.
The morning continues with a needle felting workshop, led by Sonia from Felted Friends by Sonia. With step-by-step expert guidance, you’ll learn how to transform soft wool into your own hanging owl creation to take home.
