🌄 Sunrise at Snowdon 2025🏔️✨
On 14th-15th June 2025, take on an unforgettable challenge—hiking to the summit of Mount Snowdon just in time to watch the sunrise! 🌅 This is your chance to push yourself, soak in breathtaking views, and raise vital funds for Abby’s Heroes!
Important bits -
We will be departing by coach at approximately 17.30pm on Saturday 14th June 2025 from 1 Talisman Business Centre, Duncan Road, Park Gate, Southampton SO31 7GA.
There will be a stop at a service station on the way for approximately 1 hour. Approximately 1am we will meet Lakeland Mountain Guides who will give a brief to the entire party and lead us up Llanberis Path.
We are expecting to have descended and be ready to leave by approximately 8.30am on Sunday 15th June 2025. There will be one stop at a service station enroute back to Talisman Business Centre, Duncan Road, Park Gate, Southampton SO31 7GA.
Expected Fundraising: This is a fundraising event, and we are asking each participant to raise a minimum of £300.
How fit do I need to be?
Lakeland Mountain Guides suggest that participants have a basic level of fitness to be able to cope with being on your feet for 6+ hours over potentially rough terrain. They don’t expect you to be super hill fit or to have previous experience of hillwalking. You will be asked to complete a medical waiver prior to the trek, stating that you understand the risks involved.
