Take a break from the busy week and join yoga teacher Fiona for a relaxed half-day of gentle yoga, calm breathing, and nourishing food in the beautiful setting of Trigonos.
Enjoy a peaceful morning of restorative yoga designed to ease the body and quiet the mind, followed by a wholesome vegetarian lunch made with biodynamic produce from our gardens and locally sourced organic ingredients.
After lunch, you’re welcome to wander through our gardens, stroll by the lake, or simply rest in the stillness of nature.
