Our Autumn Yoga Retreat in Llanberis (26–28 September) is a chance to slow down, restore, and reconnect with yourself, nature, and others. Set in a cosy mountain cottage with your hosts Helen and Dave, this weekend is designed to ground and uplift you — from the inside out.

What to Expect:

Friday: Arrivals & welcome circle | grounding yoga | seasonal supper | pyjama yoga

Saturday: Morning flow | scenic lake sauna | nourishing meals | free time | gentle yoga | sound bath | stories by the fire

Sunday: Morning movement | mindful nature walk | restorative yoga | closing meditation | shared lunch & goodbyes

Expect space. Stillness. Connection. A sense of seasonal rhythm.

All experiences welcome — this retreat is open to everyone with an interest in yoga, nature, and wellbeing.

Accommodation:

Twin bed in all-female shared room (shared bathroom)
Double room (single/double occupancy, shared bathroom)
Studio apartment with 2 x double beds & ensuite
