A Slow Late Autumn Retreat
Combine yoga, time in nature, creativity, sound healing and sauna as we guide you through a slow Autumn/Winter overnight retreat to help rejuvenate and restore your body and mind.
This retreat will celebrate the incoming season of Winter and prioritise your self-care, with time spent indoors and out as well as a seasonal home-cooked meals throughout.
What to Expect:
Saturday: Welcome | grounding yoga | Walk in Nature | Seasonal Food | Creative session | Yoga Nidra & Sound healing | Stories by the fire
Sunday: Morning Yoga | Sauna and Cold Water Immersion | restorative yoga & meditation | Shared lunch & goodbyes
Expect space to slow down, rest into the stillness of the season and deepen your self awareness.
All experiences welcome — this retreat is open to everyone with an interest in yoga, nature, and wellbeing.

Sharing twin room (2xsingle beds) (shared bathroom)
1 x Double room (single/double occupancy, shared bathroom)
Off-site accommodation available upon request
