In this sacred container, gentle Reiki energy and the soothing resonance of sound healing come together to support deep rest, emotional release, and energetic harmony.

This 90-minute experience is designed to restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit—helping you feel more in tune with your inner self.

Reiki, a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing, works to release blockages, reduce stress, and restore energetic flow throughout your system. Combined with the high-vibrational frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Bowl sound healing, the experience becomes profoundly immersive and transformative.

As sound waves wash over your body and Reiki energy flows through you, layers of tension, emotional heaviness, and mental fog begin to dissolve, creating space for clarity, alignment, and peace.

Trains

Beckenham Hill and Beckenham Junction Stations are a short walk from the park grounds and go across South East London to Blackfriars, London Bridge, and Victoria.

Cycling

There are a number of cycle racks around the Mansion perimeter.

Parking

Limited parking may be available in Beckenham Place Park’s car park. We would strongly recommend using public transport, cycling or visiting us on foot, as the car park fills up quickly on a first-come, first-served basis.

About the Venue:

Our Reiki Sound Healing event will take place in the stunning, elegant surroundings of a Georgian mansion, nestled within the serene grounds of Beckenham Place Park. This historic building exudes timeless charm and character, offering a truly unique and tranquil setting for deep relaxation and healing. With views overlooking the lush greenery of the park, the space provides a peaceful sanctuary away from the noise of everyday life—perfect for reconnecting with yourself and immersing in the soothing vibrations of sound and Reiki energy.

What You Need to Know:

Arrival: Doors open at 5:20PM

Hydration: Bring water to stay hydrated before and after the session

Comfort: Yoga mats and eye masks will be provided

Reflection: You may wish to bring a notepad for any insights or reflections after the session. Feel free to bring personal crystals to charge in the space

Warmth: Your body temperature may drop during the reiki & sound bath. Please bring a blanket and warm socks, as blankets are not provided

Clothing: Wear comfortable, layered clothing

Health Considerations: Sound baths are generally safe but are not recommended for those with severe mental illness, during the first three months of pregnancy, or for individuals with osteoporosis, epilepsy, or pacemakers. Avoid if you’ve had recent bone fractures or metal implants in the past 12 months.

Hi, I’m Alice — also known as Healing Rose.

My journey began around five years ago when I found myself struggling mentally, physically, and spiritually. I felt completely disconnected from who I was. Embracing a spiritual lifestyle brought me clarity, purpose, and a true sense of self. Reiki played a powerful role in that transformation, and now it’s my mission to hold space for others on their healing path.

As a certified Reiki Practitioner, I offer one-to-one Reiki sessions either in my home or yours. Whether you're seeking energy healing or simply someone to talk to, I want you to know you're not alone. Healing isn’t always easy, but it’s always possible, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Clare’s Journey

Hi, I’m Clare — My spiritual name is Ishaani.

Seven years ago, I was living what looked like a dream life on the outside — traveling the world for my corporate job. But deep down, something was missing. I felt a calling for something more meaningful. When I mentioned it to a friend, she suggested a local yoga class that weekend. By chance, the regular teacher was away, and the class was led by a Kundalini Yoga teacher. From the very first session, I knew I had found my yoga, I was home to myself.

That moment sparked my journey inward. I began exploring my energy, which eventually led me to the world of sound healing, a perfect complement to yoga. Today, I’m a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and Sound Healer.

Originally from Newcastle and now based in London for over 12 years, I’ve kept my Geordie charm and my passion for making spirituality accessible to all. Whether it's through corporate sound baths, my monthly yoga classes, or one-on-one sessions, I’m here to help others connect with their true essence, known as Sat Nam in Kundalini Yoga, meaning “true identity.”
