But my true passion lies in my work as a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and Sound Healer.Originally from Newcastle, I’ve lived in London for 12 years, proudly keeping my Geordie charm intact!My mission is to make spirituality accessible, helping others connect with their true essence—what we call "Sat Nam" in Kundalini Yoga, meaning "true identity." I am deeply passionate about energy work, transformation, and practices that balance and elevate.I offer corporate sound baths, Kundalini Yoga classes, and one-on-one sessions.
