This session is all about the process, not the end result. Using simple art materials and gentle prompts, you’ll be guided to create intuitively — letting go of expectations, perfection, and pressure. It’s a chance to be present, creative, and kind to yourself in a calm, supportive space.

No art experience is needed at all. This is not about being “good at art” — it’s about enjoying the moment, expressing yourself freely, and giving your mind a rest.
