I believe we are not powerless in the face of this. The food we eat, and the nutrients we provide our bodies, can either protect the brain or quietly work against it.
In this class we will talk about the incredible role amino acids play in keeping the brain sharp, lifting mood, and helping us age with clarity and vitality.
You will learn how metabolic health is linked to brain health as well as which foods to (and not to) reach for to protect memory and focus. Plus some extra bonus tips at the end!
