Do you have Bisque Fired artwork at home or in your studio that you haven't decided how to finish? Or do you have Greenware you want to underglaze before the bisque fire? Then this workshop is for you! Join us for a fun glazing workshop where you can learn how to wax & dip your ceramics, brush on glazes, or "paint" with underglazes!
Stray Cat Studio fires to Cone 05/06 for low fire bisque and to Cone 5/6 for glaze fires. Your finished artworks will be included in the next group firing and be ready for pickup in approx 2 weeks.
This workshop is perfect for current & former students who want extra instruction on glazing and for artists who work from home and are interested in becoming Pay-As-You-Go artists at Stray Cat. For "Bring Your Own Bisque" (or BYOB) the MAX number of bisque pieces to glaze per session is 6-8 pieces!
Don't have any pre-made bisque work but are still interested in learning about glazing? Stray Cat has a collection of pre-fired bisque that you can purchase for $15+ each to practice glazing AND you get to keep the piece once it is fired! Choose the $45 "Include A Mug" option to get started and you can add on more bisque later!
