This is in conjunction with the "Americans and the Holocaust" traveling exhibition hosted by the Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls on display from March 17 through April 28, 2025. *March 19 - American and the Holocaust
Dr Barbara Burstin will speak about how Americans viewed
the Holocaust and make connections to the history of
Western Pennsylvania.
*March 25 - Beaver County and the Holocaust
Eric Lidji will present with a focus on connections between
Holocaust history and the history of Western Pennsylvania.
*April 2 - Generations Speaker
Deborah Stueber, the daughter of two Holocaust survivors will
share her parents experiences, offer her
perspective as the child of survivors and speak with her
parents virtually following the presentation!
*April 23 - Classrooms Without Borders Speaker Series - Breaking
Down Borders Through Education - Whitney Conjeski &
Pamala Learn
Join us for an inspiring presentation brought to you by
Classrooms Without Borders (CWB) — a Pittsburgh-based
organization serving the international community by
empowering educators and students to challenge
discrimination, injustice, and hate through transformative
learning experiences.
*April 27 - Stories from the Tree of Life
A panel presentation and documentary screening focusing on
the experiences of survivors and families of those killed at the
Tree of Live Synagogue and antisemitism in American society.
