Movement Matters Summer 2025 Session Kickoff

Join us for a 6 week mini session focused on improving overall health, designed specifically for individuals (ages 21+) with chronic illness! Help us spread the word and share this information with anyone who may be interested in joining us on this journey to better health!

*Mondays, July 7th--August 11th (The July 7th meeting is required for all those new to our program. Previous participants are highly encouraged to come, too!)

*5:45-6:45 P.M.

*150 for the entire session (Previous participants check your e-mail for discount information coming soon.)
