We’re so excited to host our Back-to-Dance: Swap & Save event! It’s the perfect way to clean out your dancer’s closet, gear up for the season, and support our Ashland’s community. Here’s everything you need to know:
🛍 Event Dates & Times:
📅 Friday, August 8 | 5:00–7:30 PM
📅 Saturday, August 9 | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
📍 Ashland’s Affirming Arts Studio – 8045 Phelan Blvd, Beaumont, TX
👚 What to Donate (now through August 7):
✅ Leotards (all sizes & styles) ✅ Jazz pants, leggings, hot shorts ✅ Ballet skirts ✅ Dance shoes (ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, etc.) ✅ Ashland’s merch (tees, tanks, jackets, etc.) ✅ Dance bags & cover-ups ✅ Tights (new & in original packaging only)
🚫 Please do not donate:
❌ Used tights ❌ Socks or undergarments (even if unused) ❌ Costumes — we are focusing on dancewear basics only
Drop-off Times:
🕔 August 4–7 | 5:00–7:30 PM at the studio office
👯 Who Can Participate?
Everyone is welcome to participate—current families, friends, and community members! The more who donate and shop, the better the selection.
